"I am impressed with the whole process of shopping and buying from ABT and their personal communication before and after we ordered. We ordered a OTR microwave that local stores would have to order and maybe it would be 2-3 months before it would be in stock. ABT had it in stock and shipped it the next day after ordering it. "The installer and his assistant had our new TV installed and running in about 10 minutes. He paired my Xfinity remote and gave me tips on features. I had a sound bar from the old TV that was sitting a good distance from the new TV, but he installed that as well (I didn't even know it was compatible with the new TV) without even being asked, and further replaced the RCA connector with an optical cable. This level of excellent service surpasses customer expectations and only confirms the many good things I have always heard about Abt."
