"I wish I could them ZERO! I returned their defective microwave and store signed for it, (UPS have confirmation), now Monica and Kal claiming they never received it. It's been over 3 months and they still refusing to issue refund and they both being extremely rude on the phone. Monica yelled and hunged up the phone on me on multiple occasions, which is not acceptable. Kal is a shame of this company, claimed to be a gen manager. He acknowledged he received the item but still won't issue refund and stated "it's your problem!". This company needs to FIRE these people and don't let them harass customers anymore! "
"I bought two Electrolux dishwashers 13 years ago from Abt and they never worked well. I had repair people come out at least twice, and was told that this is the way new dishwashers work, ie not well. I had the floor replaced in my kitchen 3 months ago, and in the process the dishwashers had to be removed. The contractor told me that the dishwashers were incorrectly installed- the hole in the neighboring cabinet was not in the right place, leading to the water supply/drain being kinked. In addition there was no safety switch, no ground wire, and the whip was too short. I spoke to several service people to complain, of course for naught. I was told I needed some evidence to back this up, but of course the contractor had not taken pictures. I was also told it was too late to lodge a complaint. But how was I supposed to know what the real problem was before this? Even the repair people who came didn't discover the problem. BTW, the dishwashers now work!!! The contractor also told that my subzero frig (also purchased and installed from Abt) was incorrectly installed."
