"I ordered a MSI Ti4200 128 meg card from them via UPS 3 day delivery. I did not get a confirmation email of my order, but did get a shipping email giving the tracking number. The card came packaged well, and worked the way it was supposed to. Alittle expensive on shipping, but their low costs even it out. Overall a very good buying experience, and I would buy from them in the future. "

"I purchased a Gainward GF4 Ti4200 from these guys because they had one of the lowest prices I had seen. Confirmation of order was very fast as was delivery. The shipping cost is a bit high though.
However, upon receiving this card, it would not work in my system. I found the card to be defective. I emailed their service department with my problem and when I did not receive a response 3 days later, I called. I spoke with someone who spoke very little broken English who was absolutely no help. He kept trying to tell me to call Gainward for technical support. I had to explain to him several times that I wanted to return the item before I was issued an RMA number. With all the difficulties with customer service, I would only recommend AVLogic if you are sure you won't need to call.
*On a side note - Gainward's Tech support absolutely blows. Their office in California has _one_ tech support guy who speaks very broken English and makes up excuses contantly for why you are having problems without ever really helping you. He told me to update my BIOS, then update my 4-in-1 drivers, then he told me that not all motherboards supported the card. What help is that? "
