"I order an Sapphire ATI 9000 pro 128mb with the understanding it was OEM(white box)

It was shipped same day! Got to me on the 1st (weekend) it was REALLY well packed (almost had a hard time figuring out how to open the thing) had Svid cable install cd(didn't need it I had XP) popped in video card installed worked like a champion. I am VERY pleased with this E-store.

only consern I have is the shipping. I trust UPS/USPS more then I do Airborne express other then that everything went perfect.

"I order a lot of parts from top vendors (like NewEgg and Monarch), but occasionally have to order a part from a lesser-known vendor. It's always a crap shoot: I get burned sometimes; I get lucky sometimes. Well, I had a very good experience with AVLogic, and I wouldn't call it luck. Their online order system is smooth and complete. The automatically-generated status messages were detailed and accurate. I ordered my parts Friday morning and requested Airborne 2nd-day shipping, hoping to get my parts by the next Wednesday or Thursday. Well, an email with a link to tracking info came Saturday night. It said that the parts were on my front porch. And sure enough, they were! One day from ordering to receiving! The parts were very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. I'm adding AVLogic to my list of "A+" vendors."

"Perfect. Will certainly order from again!

I recently ordered a DVD burner and media, I cannot believe the speed in which they processed my order. I'm in Michigan, they are in California, I recieved my order in less than 24 hours - I didn't even pay for Next Day service!

Wow, I'm impressed. Hope they keep up the good work.

"Ordered RAM. It took a week to arrive as I used standard free shipping - not great but I got what I paid for! Price shipped was the best I could find. Product plainly but safely wrapped. Received tracking information.
So all went well. btw, the Samsung 1066 RDRAM modules work fine in my 8250 Dell.

"Ordered an Asus A78NX Deleuxe Motherboard on March 18th by phone. Got E-Mail confirmation of order almost before I hung up the phone. Got Shipping and Tracking number E-Mail later the same Day.
( Two thumbs up for Order Processing )

UPS delivered one day late - March 25th. No signature, just left the box by my back door.
( One thumb down for UPS - Not an AVLogic problem )

Package was packed OK - but could have been much better. The retail motherboard box just fit into the UPS mailing box. Padding was only placed on the narrow ends of the box.

Motherboard was defective - would not POST. After 2 days of trouble shooting I called for an RMA. Replacement would take too long. They offered me a refund. ( Thumbs up for no hassle on the refund RMA. )

Sent the Motherboard back on via FEDEX ( was actually cheaper than UPS ). Deleived to AVLogic on April 4, 2003.

No refund applied to my credit card to date ( May 7th ). Called today and was told refund should be applied on Friday May 9th, but due to processing I may not see it until Monday May 12th.

Even though I didn't get a working motherboard when I wanted it, I am pleased with the way they handled my order and my return. I am displeased with the time it is taking to apply the credit - 5 weeks is too long. Their web page says 2 to 4 weeks.

UPDATE: 5/16/2003 -- I called on Tuesday, May 13 beacuse credit had not been applied - was told it was applied on May 12. Checked Thursday, May 15 - Still no credit. Checked Monday May 19, Credit was posted to my card on May 16th. It took 6 weeks to apply a credit from the date they received the motherboard until I actuall got the credit. This is TOO LONG. Web site says 2 to 4 weeks to receive a credit.

I will not purchase from them again unless they are the only vendor with a tremendous savings.

"Bought a Yamaha CD burner based mostly on the low advertised price. It arrived on time, no apparent damage, and worked well for 9.5 months, 2 weeks past warranty, the suddenly failed completely. It was way past the return period for AVLOGIC, so I returned it directly to Yamaha for service, but service was refused because unit had previously come in for service directly from an employee of AVLOGIC as part of a bulk shipment of drives returned for various reasons. Turned out that I paid "new" price for a "returned/used" unit and AVLOGIC fought long and hard to admit it and accept the return. They finally allowed me to return the drive for a refund, less original shipping and return shipping. I was out about $20-25 total, after 2x shipping, handling, insurance, etc. The Yamaha tech said he has gotten numerous drives from customers that have previously come in directly from AVLOGIC. I will never buy from them again since there are many places with better prices and (hopefully) better service."

"Attracted to avlogic by resellerratings and decent pricing from pricewatch. Laptop disk died shreiking so ordered a replacement from them; good experience with web site and ordering.
Next day, realized that the laptop had a 3 year warranty, not 1 year as I had thought and IBM immediately shipped a replacement (GREAT!! service from IBM on laptops). Tried to cancel via the website (as implied by one of the headers, but there was no way to do so that I could figure out. Called avlogic this morning and requested that they cancel the order and to my surprise, they did so without a hitch or delay. Just got the email confirmation. So, while I haven't actually GOTTEN anything from them, my experience with them in terms of service has been good, especially compared with some other resellers.

"Order was placed for DVD drive on 2/26/2003, still no shipping confirmation on 3/3/2003. Checked website - it's gone! Went toprice watch for tel number, was told order was shipped UPS ground on the 27th, but they could not provide me with a tracking number because their server was down. I asked "If your server is down, how are you pulling up my name and ship date when all I gave you is my order number". "All I can tell you is it shipped on the 27th. Why can't you go to UPS.com, enter your account and password access shipping history and tell me the tracking number. "Our T-1 line is also down."
"So, there is no internet access in your whole company, not even a lowly dialup modem in a huge computer parts reseller?" "No sir, I'm sorry sir" I find this all very hard to believe. BTW, a Newegg order placed later the same day arrived on the 28th, two days later w/zero shipping charge.
