"The order took a bit longer than expected to process. (about 48 hours) this is indicated on the website that it COULD take this long. However, I was suprised it actually did take this long. In addtion to that it shipped out on friday of last week, it is now thursday of the following week and I still don't have my package. This may be the carriers fault but normally it only takes three days to get a package to me from that distance.
I think my biggest turn off is the lack of promotions... I order $1200 and i get some stickers to advertise your website. Where is your... oh you spent X ammount of money at our store here is a free squeege type promotion?
I have a high expecation of customer service and did not feel like the people I talked to were very customer oriented. They sounded a bit annoyed that they had to be talking to me. I'm always very nice to customer service people since I used to work in customer service but no ammount of cheer would cheer either of these two up. They did however answer my questions."
