"I have purchased two items from ansgear. A cp barrel and a hush bolt. The first barrel was not in stock. I spoke with a rep and she was very helpfull and polite. Ansgear promptly refunded my money and I purchased a different cp barrel. The bolt I received from hush must be defective. I called ansgear to see if I could get store credit or another bolt but the rep this time was very short and said she could do nothing since it was installed. So now I'm having to contact tech t, the hush bolt company to see if they can resolve my problem. So if you buy a product from ansgear that is defective make sure you know it's bad befor you try to use it or you won't get your mony back. Overall I would rate them a 3 out of 5 and would probably use them again in the future. I just hope I don't get anymore defective products. "
