"Good experience. No problems with anything on their website. Only a few issues that are inconveniences. Not sure if this is something they can control but the free shipping ships as fedEx and gets delivered by the USPS. Not sure why, but it seems to take longer for unknown reasons this way. Also, I ordered a mirrored mask lens for a grill mask awhile back, that was a preorder. I can now purchase it elsewhere but havent received my lens yet, would be nice to receive an update on back ordered items.
Lastly, they don't need to send so many postcard advertisements in my packaging. Ive already ordered from them and viewed their website I don't need to see more items, it's a waste of money on their part to do that. "

"Ordering on the website was easy to do. My problem came when the company sent (?) a request for additional information that I didn't get. What I did receive was a confirmation of order that made me think everything with the order was ok. When I checked online on the status of my order there was a note that the order was pending, waiting for additional info, and also a note that the order had shipped. I had to contact the company to find out what really was going on. (The on-line chat service rep was very helpful.)"
