"I bought 4" lift blocks made by ProComp. 4wp mailed the package and it arrived severely beat up, and the contents were clearly used. The manual had grease stains on it and most of the parts were not wrapped, etc. Additionally, the u-bolts included in the package were way too short. This was the correct product for my f250, as verified by ProComp's website, 4wp website, etc. The u-bolts were actually shorter than the stock u-bolts that have a 2" lift block. It turns out that after some research, 4wp have sold a number of these products with the same issue and have not corrected the problem and the same goes with ProComp. I sent 4wp an email stating the issues and they did not get back to me for 3-4 weeks. During that time, at my expense, I bought u-bolts that fit my truck from another supplier and installed them. Now, a month later, 4wp wants to know what happened and said I can return the product for a refund. Obviously, I am not going to remove the blocks from the truck. This is their mistake and should refund me at their cost without the product returned. Summary: sold a used product, the product was faulty, and decided to ghost me for several weeks. "

When I tried to cancel, they said it might not be possible, and then, an hour later, they informed me the order was shipped. After receiving the part, I attempted to return it, but their response was slow, and they said I'd have to pay for the return shipping. That's the last I heard from them. It feels like they're making it hard to return items. My efforts to cancel and return were frustrating. I've decided to accept the loss and not buy from them again."
