"The employees are nice and respectfull but they need more communication skills. I was offered products I didn't need at a super high price, I made a lot of question before I ordered new rims and tires and they took almost 2 weeks before they called me to tell me they didn't know why they didn't arrive. At the end I went to Discount tires and they got me the same product within 2 days and at a chippest price. Any way, I feel sad because I had plans for you guys to install front and rear bumpers, hitch, grille and new lights. Now I'm taking my time looking for quality, fast service and honest work."

"Purchase was over $99, shipping was not free. Had to pay shipping separately after purchase. Then delivery isn’t being made, FedEx asking for duties. Any company that ships internationally, and doesn’t include duties/taxes in shipping is ridiculous. So my $99 “deal” is now costing almost $200. What happened to this site? Used to be a go to for Jeep owners, now just feels like a money grab over and over. "
"It took 3 phone calls until I got to speak with someone who actually could help me. One guy transferred me to another guy who "transferred" me to disconnected call...after 30 minutes mind you. Called again and waited on hold for 25 minutes and hung up myself. The 3rd time I only was on hold for a few minutes. The guy that took my call went above and beyond getting me a discount and my product was delivered to my door the next day. So all in all a win but took a little hassle to get there. Will definitely do business with them again. "
"4WD drop shipped incorrect lift springs for my CJ. Now refusing to acknowledge THEIR screwup, claiming correct springs were sent. Website information of product is misleading and unsupported by the manufacturer's website describing products. 4WD refusing to provide ANY reply to repeated e-mails requesting status.
Issue reported to them same day as delivery. Been four weeks and still waiting for resolution.
