"I am sad to say that I have been GREATLY displeased with the service from 3.99 anime. The correspondence methods are over-complicated by their requirement that you follow a link from an email to sign in to their site, rather than just respond to them via STANDARD e-mail. Responses fro staff have also been very slow to hear back, mostly offering vague, unhelpful information about my order status. Despite a guaranteed arrival time of "2-3 weeks from the date of my order", today marks the official one-month anniversary (so to speak) of the date my order was placed. Five days ago I FINALLY received an e-response from 3.99 in regards to my order status saying it was "still being processed".... that's interesting because they already took my money! Apparently my boyfriend will not be receiving his birthday presents (50 dollars worth of anime goodies) on time this year. And I can promise you he will not be getting them at ALL next year... at least not from 399 anime."
