"I ordered a cosplay costume (size M) at 3.99 Anime Shop. It's a little tight, but that was to be expected with Chinese sizes. Just order a size bigger than usual if I were you. Overall the costume is pretty well made. However, the zipper on the side of the costume is kinda flimsy and might have to be changed. The costume arrived one month after I ordered, so no complaints there. I didn't get a tracking code and they didn't update me about the shipping until I asked them by e-mail but they were quick to respond. They responded within a few hours or the day after."
