"Purchased through Amazon. After a big hassle to get this item delivered (delivered a week after the original delivery date) 2 delivery men from AM Trucking placed the items in my foyer, I signed the BOL and they left. Upon opening the box, I noticed it was badly damaged at a corner and one of the bases was split almost all the way through. I contacted 2K Furniture to alert them to the problem and "Joe" took my call and said he apologized and asked what he could do to rectify the situation. I said I wanted the item picked up and my money refunded so I can buy a table set because I'm hosting Thanksgiving and need a table set. He said he would contact the shipping company (AM Trucking) to schedule a pick-up. 2-3 days passed and no news from Joe or AM Trucking. I called 2K Furniture again and "Joe" answered but when he answered he said, "hi, I'm calling to thank you for your order." I said what??? I just called you, why are you saying you're calling me? Then he asked how he could help me. I reminded him and he said, "the trucking co. hasn't called you yet to schedule a pick-up?" I answered no. He said they were supposed to call to schedule the pick-up. I asked if it would be easier if I call AM Trucking directly? He said 'no, I want to make you happy, I'll take care of it.' Another 4-5 days passed and still no word. I called 2K again and no answer (they have my phone # on file) so now they're dodging me. I repeatedly called until "Joe" answered but answered saying I have reached their answering service. (I knew it was Joe, I know his voice) He asked what I needed and I said 'Joe, I've already been over this multiple times', he said he wasn't Joe, I asked his name and he hesitated and said "Josh" I explained the whole story again and he suggested I call AM Trucking myself. I called AM Trucking to inquire when they could come pick up the items and they said there's no record of a pick-up order being requested and that 2K Furniture knows they must email them to request pick-ups. (Remember "Joe" said on 2 previous occasions that AM Trucking should have called me by now yet they have no record of 2K requesting a pick-up) Now I call 2K again but no one answers. Completely unethical company. "

"Product arrived damaged. Company has extremely poor customer service. I've provided photos and as much possible info as possible and they just went silent and stopped responding. Please buyer beware, this company DOES NOT stand behind their products."

Tragedy made right!!!!

"My daughter ordered the beautiful Kings Brand Standing Floor Mirror in silver vinyl. She was so excited when it arrived a week later but was heartbroken when she opened it and found it shattered. It's sad that the delivery personnel doesn't take better care of items marked "fragile" and "standing mirror". I logged onto Amazon to report it broken and they referred my email to the seller, 2 King Furniture Designs. It was a holiday weekend but they contacted me right away. They apologized, which was no need.. it wasn't their fault, and asked for pictures. I sent it and they replied a new one was on it's way. Sure enough, a week later we got the new one in perfect condition. My daughter is beyond thrilled at how beautiful it looks in her room. I'm so jealous. I'm thinking of ordering one for my room once I finish the renovations.
Beautiful quality design and perfect customer service. What is not to love???

Excellent experience!

"We ordered a day bed/trundle on Amazon and the order went through 2K Furniture Designs. From the ordering process, to the delivery process, to the assembly process, everything went smoothly. I appreciated the updates sent out from 2K and the delivery service to keep me informed of the timing of my order. When I made a change and requested no delivery on the weekend, the request was taken care of easily and my bed arrived the next Wednesday! The assembly went great-good directions and all parts present. My daughter was the first to sleep on it and found it very comfortable and loved the way it fit in the room. I would definitely order again from 2K Furniture Designs!"

Appreciate the prompt response!

"Excellent help! I ordered a 2K Furniture Designs step-stool through Jet.com. It arrived today, and I began putting it together, which was an easy process. However, two pieces of the hardware were damaged (camlocks). So, I contacted customer service from Jet.com, who then had me hold for only a few minutes as she contacted 2K Furniture Designs for me. 2K Furniture Designs agreed to send out a whole new package of the hardware! The lady from Jet.com said the man from 2K Furniture Designs was very kind and helpful to her. She gave me my new order number and a phone number for 2K Furniture Designs should I need it. I decided to contact 2K Furniture Designs directly to see if it would be possible to expedite the sending of the new hardware package, since I am stuck in the middle of finalizing putting together the step-stool until the new hardware arrives. It turned out that I ended up speaking with the same man that the Jet.com lady had spoken with. He was just as kind and helpful to me as he was to her, which was very impressive. I am very satisfied with the wonderful cooperation that 2K Furniture Designs gave to Jet.com as well as the very professional and thoughtful help I was given as well. Nowadays, when ordering online (which I do all of the time), you end up often times dealing with multiple companies where you buy something from someone and they're getting it through someplace else. If you end up with a glitch (like a broken piece or part), too often it's extremely frustrating to get any help on the matter at all. However, today's interaction is the way businesses "should" work with one another, and I applaud 2K Furniture Designs for their excellent response to the help that I needed. Might I also add that the step-stool that I had purchased which apparently came from them, (Kings Brand Furniture Black Finish Wood Bedroom Step Stool for $39.99) is a really nice piece of furniture. The finish is smooth and and it is is very sturdy! I am planning on using it under a child's desk for the child to rest their feet on while sitting at the desk. I will be looking forward to the hardware parts arriving in the next day or so. In the meantime, I give Five Stars to 2K Furniture Designs for their excellent product and helpful Customer Service! "

2K is UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, AND EVEN DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL. They are willing to steal from themselves rather than be a responsible vendor.

" I ordered one daybed through Amazon on November 26, 2017. The vendor 2K Furniture Designs made an error in this order by packing and shipping two daybeds together instead of just one. My credit card was charged immediately on shipping on November 28th, not on delivery.

When Joe from 2K called to inform me of this mistake, he told me I could have the second bed "for free. " I told him I didn't need, want, or have room for a second daybed. Since the shipment was in route, I decided I had to wait until a transport company called to convey my message.

When BSP Transport called on December 5, to arrange a delivery, I asked them if they could separate the package and deliver one. They told me they could not due to liability issues. The package weighed 500 pounds. I informed Joe. He then insisted I accept delivery. He could "1000% guarantee" the driver would be happy to take the second bed.

I decided this was bizarre on several levels. I told the BSP representative that I was refusing delivery. They were to return the shipment. I notified Amazon who replied the vendor has accepted return. 2K's return policy online states if the shipment is their error, the customer is entitled to full refund.

Joe called me twice after that date and left "urgent" voice messages telling me I had to take delivery. He couldn't understand why I was refusing.

Over two weeks later I was called by a different shipping company in a different state to confirm I wanted the delivery. They had been talking to Joe who was feeding them this story. I explained the history, and the woman understood completely Since then they found 2K will not accept a return because they don't want to pay the return shipping costs. The shipping company will disposed of two daybeds and four mattresses.

Ordered a trundle bed from them in February on Ebay. A couple of the pieces arrived broken. Called to have replacements sent. Emailed pictures of the damage on 2/14/17. Heard nothing & inquired on 2/17/17 when I should receive replacement, was told would be mailed 2/20/17. On 2/22/17, inquired again on replacements. Received an email on 2/23/17 asking to call. There was confusion on part numbers (the instructions that the mftr sent to me had different part #'s than the one that they were referencing). I was told, after I verified the parts they would get them mailed to me. I emailed on 2/27/17, again inquiring about replacement parts. I was informed that they were being mailed 2/28/17. Again, they did not arrive at the stated time. The replacement parts did not ship until 3/3/17. They arrived at my house on 3/9/17 (nearly a month after making the claim). I asked about a possible credit for the inconvenience of having to wait so long to receive the replacements. I emailed on 3/9/17, with no response from 2k furniture. I called and was told that they were going to work with the mftr on a partial refund and to give them a little bit of time. I never heard anything from them and have been continuously given the run around. I have emailed several times and called more than a half dozen times. On May 4, 2017, I was told that it would be taken care of and that I would see a refund within 2 days. I have seen nothing. Finally on 5/24/17, I sent the last email to them to let them know that I can see that they are not willing to work with me or to even keep their promise of a refund. They have stung me along for 3 months and have made nearly no effort in trying to contact me. I have had to initiate almost every contact. I would advise anyone to be VERY weary before ordering from this company. Customer service is severely lacking, there is no follow-up on issues and forget about any sort of refund. I would not order from this company again. This experience has told me everything I need to know about the integrity of this company.

"I purchased from this company through eBay. Within 3 months of buying my daughters day bed it has completely fallen apart. Walmart has better quality furniture. I would spend a little more and get your self something that will last."

"Definitely do not buy from this store. Just as everyone that has said that has rated this store badly, they have horrible shipping. You wait at home for the delivery a few times before they finally get it right. To add to the insult, the bed frame I bought was broken and after emailing them and calling them a few times they still have not sent m replacements though they've said it's on it's way."
