"I really like this bed set, but the bed broke after 1 week. There are only 4 support slats which does not redistribute weight well. For a couple of dollars more, they could have put 2 more and my bed would not have broken. Wow!
I then contacted the seller and they indicated they don't offer a guarantee. They don't even stand behind their own product to offer a solution to the fact I now have a broken bed because they were cheap. It's ok though...I will buy the necessary slats and fix the bed on my own, but I would never recommend 2K Furniture to anyone else!"

"I received my shipment from 2K Furniture. I came damaged. I reached out to Amazon and 2K Furniture and I spoke with a representative by the name of Joe. He listened to my issued and with no hassle he refunded me for the damaged product. Very nice, prompt and great customer service. Although the handling of the shipment upon arrival was out of his control, he still made a way to satisfy me as a customer."
"I hate to even give one star. First the furniture did not look as described I returned at $60 shipping (Shame on me I saw free shipping and thought I was on prime ). It was in their hands for almost 2 weeks signed for and my paperwork with return authorization number was inside top of box as instructed they kept asking me to send them proof of delivery every time I did they said there was no attachment !!! It was crazy. Their customer service is AWFUL I would NEVER buy anything from thus company again oh yes the fine print apparently says 15% restocking fee so not only did I pay huge shipping back cause the furniture was not what it seemed $15 came off my refund JOKE"
"My family bought a bunk bed from 2k furniture designs that was advertised as being solid hardwood with a weight capacity of 400lbs. Upon receiving the item we found that the posts of the bed are actually HOLLOW, made up of 1/2 inch soft wood planks glued together to look like thick posts, 3 pieces of the bed arrived broken, and the first time my 4 year old climbed to the top bunk a slat broke. After speaking extensively with Joe L. From the company, he agreed to refund the order but said I should not return it to save their company the shipping cost. I have been waiting since May 20th for that refund. Every time I contact him he sends another email claiming the refund is on its way. I will attach a screenshot of the latest email. The is definitely the shadiest company I have ever bought from. Do not purchase from this company as their items are NOT what they advertise, you will never get a refund from them and, it seems, that they are simply a “business” conducting scams on amazon."

"I bought a bedroom set from this company. It arrived a month late and damaged. Dresser is completely unusable. Contacted customer service and talked to Joe who claims he is the vice president of the company. He promised a refund for the hassle initially. When I told him about the damaged furniture he hung up on me. Every time I try contacting them I get the same person no matter what number I call and Joe will act like he doesn't remember and when I refresh his memory he either hangs up or sets the phone down and ignores that im there. Do not buy from this scam company!"
" I ordered a dining room table. It showed up two months late. Joe promised a $200 partial refund for the inconvenience which we have never received. Every time we call he says the refund is on its way but one month later we still do not have a refund. I reported this business to the BBB and the attorney general. I encourage others to do the same if this business has wronged you. Be very careful and get everything upfront! "
"My mirror I purchased was packaged extremely well but unfortunately it was still broken when I opened the box. The company addressed the issue with promptness and made me feel like a valuable customer and immediately sent me out another one with no additional cost to me. The mirror itself was very well made with great quality and very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company and would purchase from them again. "

"I purchased furniture from this company in November 2018. It was severely damaged during shipment. I sent pictures right away. The "customer service rep" I spoke to was named Joe. He lies non-stop about getting approval for replacement but never does. He has been lying to me for 2 months now and still has not done anything to make this right. He will not give me the contact info for the phantom person that needs to approve it. I have now asked for my money back and he continues to lie about working on that too. HUGE RIPOFF!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Just read the reviews. Too many similar situations and always with Joe. They do not care about ripping people off. I have no furniture and they are keeping my money. "
