Customer Service terrible.......refunds impossible

Ordered a trundle bed from them in February on Ebay. A couple of the pieces arrived broken. Called to have replacements sent. Emailed pictures of the damage on 2/14/17. Heard nothing & inquired on 2/17/17 when I should receive replacement, was told would be mailed 2/20/17. On 2/22/17, inquired again on replacements. Received an email on 2/23/17 asking to call. There was confusion on part numbers (the instructions that the mftr sent to me had different part #'s than the one that they were referencing). I was told, after I verified the parts they would get them mailed to me. I emailed on 2/27/17, again inquiring about replacement parts. I was informed that they were being mailed 2/28/17. Again, they did not arrive at the stated time. The replacement parts did not ship until 3/3/17. They arrived at my house on 3/9/17 (nearly a month after making the claim). I asked about a possible credit for the inconvenience of having to wait so long to receive the replacements. I emailed on 3/9/17, with no response from 2k furniture. I called and was told that they were going to work with the mftr on a partial refund and to give them a little bit of time. I never heard anything from them and have been continuously given the run around. I have emailed several times and called more than a half dozen times. On May 4, 2017, I was told that it would be taken care of and that I would see a refund within 2 days. I have seen nothing. Finally on 5/24/17, I sent the last email to them to let them know that I can see that they are not willing to work with me or to even keep their promise of a refund. They have stung me along for 3 months and have made nearly no effort in trying to contact me. I have had to initiate almost every contact. I would advise anyone to be VERY weary before ordering from this company. Customer service is severely lacking, there is no follow-up on issues and forget about any sort of refund. I would not order from this company again. This experience has told me everything I need to know about the integrity of this company.
