"I ordered a Denon AVR-790 on 12/15. The item was listed on the website as "Available: Usually Ships within 24-48 Hours." The order status since I ordered has said "We are waiting for the item to reach our warehouse. It will be shipped out upon receipt." I called on 12/17 to find out when they were expecting the item since it was past the 24-48 hour availability indicated on the website. I was told that the item should arrive at their warehouse on 12/17 or 12/18 and would be shipped out before the weekend. It is now 12/22 and the item has still not shipped out. The item is still listed on the website as 'Available' even though it is clearly not in stock with no sign of being available anytime soon. I would not recommend ordering anything from this website at all."

"Very poor service. I ordered a Sony Video Camera for $1025 but got a cheaper one. Then I returned it via UPS. I asked them to ship a new one of correct model. But I was charged another $1025. I agreed because I needed it urgently.They promised me to refund me when they got it, including the shipping cost. However, it took me some time to get the refund for the video camera. However, I have not received the refund of shipping cost, yet. I will never do any business with them any more.
