"I was a bit scared to order from them after I read the only review in here but I gave it a shot as my prescription had expired and I didn't want to spend $100+ to get a new one (I've been using the same prescription for over 10 years).
I paid through Paypal, never received a confirmation email so I called them the next day and they told me they would send a confirmation email right away. Nothing came... so I sent an email and finally I got a confirmation email with my order number.
It took about one week for them to ship and they gave a link where I could track the order, but the tracking number never worked. So I was very worried at that time.
I waited about two weeks and then, voila, I got my contacts.
So, be careful with them.. use a credit card (avoid Paypal) and keep checking the status of your order."
"I placed an order for 2 contact lens removers from 1-Save-On-Lens. The Transaction appeared to go through. After two weeks, I still had not received my order, despite their claim that they had shipped it on Jan. 25, 2008. I emailed their customer service. They would not refund my purchase, and they would not send me a replacement. Instead, they said I should wait 4 weeks for the order to arrive due to "unforseen events." I live in the middle of the U.S. There is no way anything sent via postal service ever takes more than a week to arrive here, and I flatly suspect that it was never shipped, as they have no way for me to track where the order is. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional business. I charged back the amount via my credit card and will never do business with 1-Save-On-Lens again."
