"AWESOME EASY GREAT ~ I've used 1-save-on-lens for about 2 years now. That's a total of 5 orders since 2009, my latest order was 2/10/12 and I got the lenses on 2/13/12. I live in MIAMI FL and they shipped from Blaine Washington. That's completely across the US.

Needless to say they ship fast, even faster than they say they are going to, and the contacts are always fresh, meaning the expiration date is far in the future. I have never had an issue, and the prices are right on with any competitor.

When I first used them, I was a little iffy on any online company selling lenses, but I called them and I found the customer service to be great. I had an order and I called to be sure it was on the way, and turns out it was already in my mailbox.

"After placing my order they called me to verify my address because I used Paypal, that's a little redundant because Paypal provided my "Confirmed Address", aside from that I received my contacts in 5 business days after I ordered. I would buy from then again."

"They used to be an OK company but have gone downhill. They will immediately charge your card and then not ship out the order. I called after one week , they had charged my card and not shipped. A customer service agent said she would call me back in a half hour but never did. Could not give me an estimated shipping date - just some generalities about how my lenses might take longer.
