I placed an order with them over a week ago and received an order confirmation through email, and my credit card was immediately charged. After not hearing anything from them for a week, I sent in an inquiry as to the status of my order. The company then cancelled my order and sent me an email saying that the FBI had called them to inquire about me and my order history with the company! That is an absolute lie about the FBI calling, and clearly they were not able to fulfill the order and made up a bunch of nonsense as the excuse. Shocking that a company behaves this way! Upon further investigation of customer reviews all over the internet and the BBB, there are other customers who have been treated the same way and worse. "

"DVR was not compatible with my cameras after I was told it would be. Was told I could return the DVR since it was in the timeframe. Returned it but never received my refund."
"I ordered 4 Flood and Freeze Sensors that link to my alarm system from 123 Security after speaking with a Sales Rep and going thru what alarm system I have and what current sensors I have for the system. The Sales Rep assured me that the sensors he SOLD me would be compatible. Low and behold the sensors WERE NOT COMPATIBLE with our alarm system. I called to return them and they said that none of their Sales Reps would recommend a product but they would send me a RA. I never received the RA and when I called to let them know that they said the return window was closed and I would have to pay for the shipping back of the product they sold me. I had already paid $19 for shipping the product to me. The manager of Customer Service, Karen, was NOT on the side of the consumer and was dishonest. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company they are not trustworthy. "

"bought 2 times from these guys. Once was fine no issues, no drama and great price. It was a NVR and camera's. The second time we had a DOA POE Camera. That's when the issues happened. Service was gone. We had our techs check the camera and verify it was DOA. We opened an RMA and needed a replacement. From the rep: We need you to send it in then we will test it and let you know if the mftg wants to repair it and send it back to you. For real?? Who does that in this day and age. It was a $600 Hikvision camera and 99% of places just replace it especially since it was DOA. We won't buy from them ever again. We wasted so much money on our techs and dealing with 123. I get it you're not CDW ... I'm not expecting amazing service, you get what you pay for. But a DOA should be replaced. After 30 days then I'm more than happy to do a warranty claim etc. "
"The website shows cards in stock and that they will ship right away. After a month of hearing nothing and after receiving no shipping notification, I emailed them for a tracking number and was told that card is no longer available. I asked when I was going to be notified by the company that the product was no longer available??? I am waiting for a response. "
