***UPDATE***
Unfortunately, one of the RAM modules was defective. It took longer than I expected to get an RMA, as they were having website issues and I was forced to call - then I was asked to wait for the site to come back up to obtain the RMA.
I was glad that I sent the item back signature confirmation, as I didn't hear anything from them until I had the Fed Ex pre-ship e-mail. It took 8 days from date of reciept until the replacement item was shipped. That is a bit excessive, especially given how quickly the original order was processed."
