"After three business days of ordering a sound card, my order status still has not changed on their site. I emailed them requesting information and never got a response. So, I called. The rep said the item is out of stock and will not be shipped out until another three days. That's a whole week after I initially placed the order! I'd be surprised if I actually get it eventually. I would never order from them again and suggest others to do the same.
Update (2004/10/07): As I suspected, I knew I wouldn't be getting my order fulfilled. I waited until the day after the product was supposed to be shipped (after more than a week from the initial order) to phone again. The same rep again gave me another excuse for why it hasn't shipped. He even went so far as to lie about sending me a email message telling me of this fact. (He had not.) There is no honesty in this company. Stay away!"

"I order twice from 11CB in the last week for the first time. I could not be happier with either purchase. Both were shipped out the same day, and I received them the next with free FedEX ground. 11CB is located in chicago, and I'm in Detroit, I knew I would be Fedex ground in 1 day. I was suprised at the level of communication that 11CB provided, right on par with Newegg. I been ordering from Newegg without even checking out anyone else, but after seeing a Zalman heat sink for $35 shipped, compared to $46 shipped from Newegg, I had to try them out. I had to order a new CPU but wanted it for the weekend, so instead of upgrading my Newegg shipping to 2nd day for $11, I order from 11CB instead with free ground and got it in 1 day! The price of the CPU was the same as newegg to boot.

"T&S promised shipping of video card 3 times on different days. Had a hard time finding order eventhough it was a Paypal transaction. Finally admitted it was out of stock and offered an upgrade to settle the order. Very specific about specs for upgrade. Received a 5700LE 128 MB video card. A 'crippled version' of the 5700 we had agreed upon and not the 256mb memory we had agreed upon. I had paid $149 for the original card and the 'upgrade' sold for 119 on thier own website.
They were very polite, but did not seem to be in control of their order filling and tracking process. I finally sent the video card back to Paypal since I purchased the return guarantee from Paypal."
