"I couldn’t speak more highly of their customer service if I tried. I purchased a custom laptop from them approximately one year ago, and yesterday something failed during a program uninstall that corrupted my OS. I sent an SOS email late Friday night, and Max (an absolute technological wizard) called me back early the next day and spent what had to be close to five hours remotely troubleshooting and walking me step by step through the recovery and reinstallation process. Never have I experienced such dedication, professionalism, and technological savvy.
HIDevolution use to have me as a customer, but now they have me as an absolute advocate. They unquestionably will stand behind their work and their warranty, and in no uncertain terms will you ever find better.

"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

"I had an issue with my charging port which was repaired. It took a month for the repair to be completed due to my computer had to be sent to the manufacturer for the repair. The manufacturer wiped my computer which i found odd but not much i could do about that. Xotic reinstalled my clean version of windows for me before completing the warranty repair. I did not receive any updates via email or checking my rma number through this whole process. I had to get updates through the chat feature which got me updated in a timely manner. Now that I finally have my computer back there seems to be a new issue with my graphics card not being detected. So back through the warranty process I will have to go. Hopefully it won't take a month to get it repaired yet again."
