"I'm a first time customer with z-buy. When I placed my order online and proceeded to printout my reciept I noticed that my order had been doubled. I called customer service and told them on the computer/software error and gave them my order number. The person corrected my order and I hung up.
When I got my conformation email it still listed a double order, by then z-buy was closed for the xmas holidays and I had to wait until Dec 27 brfore I could verify that my order had been corrected.After ecerything all work out. "
