"I was very surprised for the most part, until I received the product. I ordered a Monitor from z-buy that was "not exactly new". Granted, the price was great, it was less than 60 for a monitor plus shipping, and the monitor was a Philips 17 inch, but just because it's not exactly new does mean it "doesn't work". That's false advertising in my book. I e-mailed them about the problem and haven't been able to call them to get in touch with them directly, so I'm thinking about returning the package to sender, telling my credit card company to cancel payment, and just buy it from bestbuy. Screw Z-Buy."
"1) They billed me for 2 graphics cards instead of one.
2) My Credit Card information somehow got messed up in their system (ordered parts using the same Visa from 3 other vendors with no problem on the same day).
3) Their customer service hours are poor.
4) Their customer service response time is slow.
5) Their website is primitive and not user-friendly.

"I placed this order on the 14th of January and have not yet recieved a shipping notice. I quess I am just spoiled from using newegg.com. They ship the next day on small items. I was hoping to receive my hub/switch this week along with the other items I order from other stores. I order two other items the same day from PC Connection and Amazon. I received the one from PC Connection on the 17th and will receive Amazons on the 19th. At the rate Z-buy is going I will not have my switch until next week.
The bottom line is they are too slow and I will not be back. I'll stick with newwegg.com for now on. They're shipping and service is second to none."
