"The wig we ordered was a totally different color as seen in the picture. First the seller just answered the message without actually reading it and sent an automatic reply. ( When I kept asking about it the seller just said: "Just to verify, the tag should say 1310 Tawny Color 27C/29. and it does not matter what it says." ) So they do not even care if they had sent a wrong color, customer has to pay an extra (by sending the wig back) if she wishes to have a refund. The worst bad thing to add here, the color was right in the tag but still the picture in the site is absolutely different color. It's photoshopped much lighter and ginger like, in reality it's more like dark brown. To add some more, seller said that I can't dye the wig so we have to sent it back. You can dye any wig, you only need to know the right technique, synthetic wigs can be dyed with ink.

The wig cost over 70 €:s with all the customs and shipping. The most expensive wig I have ever bought to anyone. Still it was by quality one of the worst (at the edge it looked horrible). Why buy such an expensive wig? In the picture the shade was perfect for the purpose I needed it for and with all the nice feedback and high price we really thought to get some good service. "
