We called the number that you provided us with several times , we also sent you emails regarding the order status, we work with an insurance company that guarantees all our debit and credit card transactions , since your order was Declined for guarantee insurance we did not feel safe of processing the order with the payment received as explained on the email that we sent you , we had the order on hold for more than 72 hours , since we didnt hear back from you to see if you would be interested in paying through PayPal, the order was cancelled and refunded , the refund was made September 12th at 9:17 am MST
