"Instead of paying for shipping, I opted in the warehouse pickup. Never received a second email saying that my order has landed and is read or no tracking info….kinda odd but about 1-2 weeks after my purchase they called me. That call was just letting me know that on their end they didn’t have a scheduled time for me to pick up like I filled out online originally, but I’m glad that they called me to inform me that my pick up was ready! "Ordered 2 pairs of pumps, one size sent correctly, but did not fit. The 2cd pair size sent was 4 sizes smaller than ordered. Was planning to return them via USPO, and was informed that postage to return shoes was over $25.00. Since the purchase price was just over $50.00, I decided to keep them and gift them, since I cannot wear them and it was too costly to return items, such a bummer. "Shoes seemed ok quality, but did not fit in any way shape or form and I even ordered 2 sizes of same shoe. Also for third pair the pictures were deceiving, I would not have ordered them had I known they were a square toe shape. Only good thing was that they arrived quickly."
