"HORRIBLE !!!! SCAMMERS !!!!! Do not order from these people !! They are horrible business people and should not even be in biz at all, and hopefully wont much longer ! I saved for over 8 months to get a couch. I had been watching this one couch at WendyUsa for awhile. I even had emailed them asking if this couch came in a different color then what was pictured and they emailed me back with a link to the same couch in color i wanted. I thought all was good. The couch had finally gone on sale and the link that WendyUsa sent me also reflected this sale price. I purchased the couch and was very excited. 4 days later i receive a email that the price of the couch that i had already ordered and paid for, had gone up $ 400 and did i still want the couch ! What !?! My grandfather is a FBI Agent and just so happened to be sitting with me when i received this email. He informed me that was against the law .. it was False Advertisement and Fraud ! The person that i corresponded with was completely rude ! That is if i could get him to respond. The one time he did respond he did not not address any of my questions or concerns he just simply responded that my card had been credited ... NO S!*# Sherlock ! Do you think you could actually keep my money too ?? I turned the file over to my grandfather and wiped my hands of it. Scumbags like this usually dont stay in biz that long so please be careful and do NOT place a order with these people !! I found a much better couch at a much better price than i had found with WendyUsa. And they had alot of the exact same couchs WendyUsa did but at much better price !!! "

"Such A Waste Of Time!!!!!!
I order a sofa from them. On the site it said in stock
I called to make sure they have it and ask how long will it take to receive and I been told about two weeks.
To make sure I got it all I ask them to email me approximately
date that I will get it and they did:

Today date: 04/04/14
After so many phone calls and emails they told me that they don't have it in stock and they will give a refund!!!
4 Weeks I was waiting for a white leather sofa and the only think I'm getting is a refund!!!
That is my first review on that company
I can tell you that its a waste of time to deal with them!!!
I will do as much as I can to make sure they will be out of business and wont hurt people no more!!

"I wonder why this company doesnt actively participate at this review site or care to resolve issues? First of all, I think the only person that works here is Kenny. I ordered a vanity set for my daughter for Christmas and did not receive until mid January with no explanation. I called the phone number listed on the website twice only to hear a generic voice mail (no company name mentioned)to which no one ever responded. I emailed several times before receiving a reply from Kenny. When I received my order, it was package nicely but the front of the vanity was damaged and the overall quality was shabby. Drips of paint, missing caulk/paint in the mirror..just terrible. I decided to attach the legs to see if the damaged area would be noticed and one of the legs ended up being too short so the entire vanity wobbled. I emailed the company and requested a refund in addition to them making arrangements to pick up. I waited and finally had a to file a dispute through Paypal, then escalated. They stated the seller had 10 days to respond otherwise they would automatically find in my favor. I took pictures of the vanity and emailed to Kenny. He insisted I cancel my claim with Paypal and he would issue a full refund. I contacted Paypal, they said do not cancel the claim until the refund has been issued. If I had done this, my claim could not be reopened. On the very last day, I received an email from Kenny stating Fed Ex would be picking up the package and he would issue the refund. He was still insisting I cancel the dispute. I guarantee if I had, I would have been screwed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THEY ARE! BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"Bought kids bunkbed from WendyUSA. Ordered on a Saturday night, got confirmation on Sunday afternoon, received shipping notification on Monday and got a call from shipping company on Tuesday to arrange for home delivery. That Friday I received four huge boxes, all in excellent condition. The product was exactly as advertised on website. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and there were no surprises (such as missing or damaged parts). I assembled the beds in a couple of hours and in under a week a had functional product at home. For the price and convenience, this cannot be beat."

"Do not buy from this company! I bought a couch and while putting it together, I noticed that the directions say to place 3 bolts on each side but there were only 2 holes. I sent a picture of the couch once finished with the arm rest leaning and he said he would "share" the cost to get it repaired. Why should I have to pay any more because they sent me something broken? I sent an email 5 days ago to return it and have still not heard back. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company. "

"I had a mixed experience and partially due to the feedback on this board. I was nervous to order from WendyUSA based on the reviews, but took a chance because the price for what I was looking for was so much lower than every other site. I also interacted with Kenny. Kenny was pleasant to work with and always responded to my emails. He was sloppy in his info which made me hesitant throughout the process. In the end, I received what I was suppose to in a very timely manner and for a good price, but it was a nerve racking 2 weeks trying to figure out whether I'd receive what I'd ordered.
Pro: Price and speed
Con: Website status post purchase, updated information.
Seems WendyUSA is just a storefront picking up extra business via internet. My order was drop shipped directly from manufacturer. Website constantly showed "pending ship". They charged my credit card the morning after I ordered, but didn't ship until 5 days later. Kenny was always responsive though which is what prevented me from cancelling my order and disputing the charge on my credit card.
My conclusion is that I would likely pay a little more next time for peace of mind, but if I was in a pinch for price or the deal was too good, I'd give WendyUSA another shot.

"This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. The ordering process has been a nightmare. I ordered a Lambert Traditional Storage Bar Unit with sink in Cherry and TWO Lambert Traditional Storage Wine Wall Units in Cherry from what I saw on their website. This was 2 weeks ago. I called in spoke with a "Kenny".

When I contacted them to make the order they told me that the order will ship within 1 week. This did not and has not happened. After I called a few days later to check on status "Kenny" then said the order will ship on Friday March 29 and that he would send me a tracking number. This is after they had not responsed to my email inquiry. This did not and has not happened either.
After numerous and frustrating attempts with service represantives who claim not hear because of bad connections,called again and spoke with "Kenny" last week on Friday and he said the order will ship today Wednesday April 3 2013 and he would email me a tracking number. That has not happened.

I called several times today to get status on the order. After many attempts I finally got to speak to someone who gave me a tracking number for shipment by HomeDirectUSA. I checked the tracking number on the HomeDirectUSA website and found out that WendyUSA or "Kenny" placed an order for 2 items (instead of the 3 pieces I ordered) and all it says on the order is WALL UNITE.
I have had enough of the lack of professionalism and non-existent customer care. Am cancelling my order and disputing the payment with my credit card company. There are lots of sellers who handle their customers better than this company does. This is now shadowline FRAUDULENT. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. READ THE REVIEWS, YOU WILL LEARN A LOT.

"I was very nervouse to make such a large purchase over the internet with out even seeing the furniture first, but I took a risk and ordered. I was contacted the same night that I ordered my furniture and my order was processed immeditely. It took exactly two weeks to be delivered as promised! The couch looked EXACTLY as it was pictured online. I love it and am so happy I took the risk. Overall, I had a really great exprience with this comapany and would definitely recommend it!"

"Think twice before buying from this company, and then DON'T BUY! I bought a sofa sleeper. Didn't need to use it until recently and then I found that the springs by the head of the bed did not lay flat and were always slightly inclined. I've been calling WendyUSA for several weeks. They suggested that I put the sofa sleeper in my car and drive it up to El Monte! Can you believe that. Ridiculous. I am 70 and disabled. Disgusting Treatment."

"I was contacted the morning after I ordered my furniture to confirm my address. Two days later I received a shipment notification with a tracking number. The tracking showed a delivery date of 2/6/13, it arrived on 2/1/13 in perfect condition.

I'm very pleased, and relieved; the entire experience was nothing but positive. (I have not opened the boxes yet, but the quality of the furniture is not under WendyUSA control, they are the seller, not the manufacturer..or the shipper, and our shipper was GREAT.)

"We purchased a couch from WendyUSA.com and I was sorely disappointed. The cushions were made of terrible springs and they started to fall apart after less than a couple months. It made sitting on the couch almost impossible without putting a pillow under yourself. The springs poked through at every place possible. I had the cushions replaced by another company for almost 300 dollars. Another "wonderful" feature is the Velcro that was used to hold the cushions in place was also a terrible idea. It has ripped the fabric from pulling and tore the under section of the couch the point where I will have to spend yet another 100 dollars to cover/fix. I will never buy another product from this company again and I suggest that other people heed my warning. Do not be fooled by free shipping and wonderful prices. This is definitely a time where I got what I paid for. After all this the couch is now usable... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I could have just bought a 1200 dollar couch and saved myself a headache!"

"THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I ordered a glass top coffee table and 2 end tables....They refused to give me a window/time frame on when I would receive my order. When my order finally arrived, I received my tables WITH NO GLASS. I proceeded to call "Kenny" to ask him where my glass was, and apparently the driver "forgot" to put the box on the truck. They have still not delivered the glass and Kenny refused to give me straight answer...COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, SUCH A SCAM!!"
