"I wish I'd checked these reviews prior to booking parking with CheapestAirportParking.com (a.k.a. Way.com). We pre-reserved a week of parking near the Austin Airport, but had to return home after two days due to Hurricane Grace slamming into our resort. I tried to get a refund of the unused days and got a flat NO.
I learned that most of the parking locations they broker for will honor the same price, AND working directly with the establishment, you are much more likely to get consideration due to unforeseen circumstances, AND you can speak to a live person. From now on, book direct!"
"Way.com is a SCAM. I tried parking and there was a chain across the driveway of the lot. I almost missed my flight. I can't get a refund. You cannot speak to a live person, which is convenient for them, but not their customers. If you want to miss your flight, then by all means, go ahead and use their services."
"these clowns use different names for the same lots to trick you into thinking you're parking at a different lot. So if you had a bad experience at one, even though you try to avoid it, you get booked there again if its in the same vicinity. Service is atrocious, employees are bitter and angry, and these guys should be out of business soon. "
"The Company took my prepayment for a parking spot near ATL Airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the spaces that are available were ONLY FOR HOTEL GUESTS. I drove around form ore than 30 minutes looking for a lot fo the same price however ended up missing my flight and left. I did not use this service and their customer service is as LOW Indian as you can get. They dont know how to handle situations when they are in the wrong and dont offer resolution with competitors sell the same product also. This company is such a scam!"

Such an awful scam. This company is shameful. They lure you in with cheap low prices for parking for example, only to find out last minute, without notice from way.com mind you, that the facility you're trying to park at either doesnt exist where it says it does or worse doesnt even accept way.com. You have to find out last minute from the facility, not way.com and scramble for another way to park!! Trying to call their helpline is another nightmare speaking to what seems like only a rotation of 2 people who barely speak English and just try to run you around in circles. they don't even care why you're calling, they don't even care that their company is promoting a place that doesn't accept way.com . All they try to do is rob you not only of never giving you a credit card refund but then try to gip you with they waybucks points, refunding only a fraction.of your total. Terrible terrible company. Dont use. Not even if it seems cheap and easy. It will end up causing you headaches and money wasted.

"Use this parking service if you want to be stranded and get the worst customer service. We booked way.com for parking in Fort Lauderdale. Upon arrival back at 9:30-10 pm we called the parking lot for a pick up. For two hours we got the run around that they were either on their way or did not answer the phone. We booked an uber after 2 hours of waiting. We later learned they were having van problems. They should have told us that 2 hour prior. We contacted the parking lot for credit and they either did not answer our phone calls, were rude, and eventually their number was disconnected. We contacted way.com and they were full of false promises or no responses. They did credit the parking but not the UBER. They wanted to give $40.00 way credit. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN so this credit is no good. I had to pay cash for the Uber. I will be filing a small claims law suit against Way.com today to cover my UBER charges and court costs. "
"Bought airport parking. When I got to the parking place that I've used multiple times they told me they don't honor way.com. so I had to drive all the way back home and catch an uber from there, wasting money and I almost missed my flight. Horrible "
"They oversold parking spots at the LA site I needed and neither the parking lot nor anyone from way.com reached out to let me know or refund me. I had to do all the work to get my refund, and they still refused to refund me until I provided proof of parking elsewhere even though they damn will knew they oversold and I wasn't the only one affected. Cost me hundreds of dollars to park elsewhere without a reservation as I had to catch my flight and was leaving for 10 days. Never again. Beware of booking with them for parking, and if you do, call ahead to make sure they haven't sold your spot to someone else."
"Prepaid to park at a lot near JFK, three weeks ahead of scheduled trip using Way. Did our research and it had good reviews. Got to lot and we’re told it was full!! When asked if there was another lot to park at the attendant said no, call the 1-800 number I can’t help you. Called the number and was told there was nothing they could do. We almost missed a flight due to having no parking. Had to park at JFK in long term parking as a last resort. Paid over $300.00 for parking for the week. We are now fighting with WAY for a refund for the parking they didn’t deliver and customer service is basically nonexistent. They don’t reply to emails and never answer the phone. HUGE SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!!"
"I scheduled parking for 9 days through Way.com for $90.23. We need to park at 4:00AM for a but couldn't get a shuttle to the airport at that hour. I cancelled the reservation 2 days before the date is was to start but the service will NOT refund my money even though the facility states "Cancellation: You can cancel the parking reservation any time before the check-in time for a full refund. Money back guarantee; no questions asked!" Way.com refuses to refund my money but instead issued WAY Bucks which I would NEVER use. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I prepaid and reserved parking for DCA airport. After parking, the hotel where I was parked saidthey have no shuttle service. Called way.com and the agent said that there was no shuttle service promised on the site. Sure enough, this one hote does not list shuttle service, so what is the advantage of parking there?? - so uber round trip to DCA costs $32, $60 for the parking. Would have been cheaper to Uber from home. "
"Don't trust parking lot reviews on way.com website. Look at google reviews instead. I had a horrible experience with one of the parking lots and way.com removed my review as well as another 1-star review from someone else which I saw the day earlier. Looking at that parking lot now it is still all 5-star and my review is no longer there. Finding the same parking lot on google it is 1.8 with most of the reviews being 1-star.
Way.com is not being honest with their reviews and just try to earn business."
"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN CLEVELAND! I Paid for parking 2 weeks in advance for my trip. I got to the four points Sheraton and they did not even have a SHUTTLE to take me to the airport. The lady at the front desk was very non chalant and explained I should call an Uber. Long story short I searched for parking only to end up at the airport parking and realized I lost my card and could only pay cash. Twenty bucks a day and they only take cards. I missed my flight. Hotel, babysitting,parking, time off down the drain! Consider other options."
