Upon arrival of the dresses, each dress did not fit properly. Or look anything like the picture.
But when I contacted them they did their best to solve all the problems. They sent new sashes and worked to remake one dress. Each girl received a 30% refund for her purchase.

I tried to get a refund, but no one was very receptive to that. And to return them, by mailing them back to CHINA would cost more then buying a new dress. So I had my bridesmaids buy new dresses. Which were lovely and actually looked liked the picture, unlike the crap dresses I received from you.
O and not all of my girls even received their 30% off that they were promised. But I'm still interested in this full refund that you speak of."

"I have had nothing but trouble with this company! I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses from them styles VPBNS02, VPBNS06 & VPBNS07. I received the dresses a week before my wedding and I noticed right away that one of them was more of an orange color than the stated Rose color. The other two dresses were stated as being "MistyRose", but they looked Champagne in color. Also 2 of the dresses were suppose to have brooches on them and instead one had some crookedly sewn beading and the other had nothing. Also they have a method they apparently call "Pin sew" which really just looks like they took out stitching and redid it, but they claim it's so the dress doesn't sag, I've never seen that in any other dress I've ever had. And to top it off when my bridesmaids tried on the dresses that were suppose to be "custom sized", not one of them fit! I contacted the company right away via email and I was told to take pictures, which I did. When they received the pictures they tried to make excuses for everything and tell me to get the dresses altered and go buy a brooch at a local store. My wedding was less than a week away and I work 10-14 hour days, that was the whole purpose of purchasing dresses with them is so I wouldn't have to do any of that. I was offered a 30% refund, even though their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, I guess they ignore that!! Worse company I've ever dealt with as far as quality and customer service!!
The response on here is the same thing their so called "customer service" emails keep saying, they do not want to own up to their horrible product or take care of me! I already had my wedding and had a stressful time of finding replacement dresses at last minute and this company could care less!"
