"I wanted to make sure to write because I had doubts about buying things from China. But when I had questions about what I wanted, not only did they talk to me online, but when it got confusing I was able to call them at a local U.S. phone number. They were easy to understand, very sweet and reassuring. I placed my order that evening (on 3/2). By the next day I had my proof. I made corrections back and forth twice with them via email. They were always quick to respond to emails (no more than 2 days).
On 3/10 they shipped my order and I had it in my hands by 3/16. They are GORGEOUS! I did not expect them to look as nice as they do. The quality is up to standards in the U.S. and the envelopes go above and beyond that, they are high quality, beautiful and more elegant than I expected.
The other thing that impressed me was their packaging. They wrapped things so well, taking extra care with double wrapping the corners which are likely to get bent when traveling such a far distance. I will recommend these invitations to ALL of my friends here in the U.S. for VERY reasonably priced invitations. (The stamps to mail them cost more than the invitations themselves!) "
"I ordered a prom dress from them on 9th February and also requested a colour swatch to match a waistcoat to the dress. About two weeks later the colour swatch arrived but no dress. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company regarding the dress and when I log on to their shop site it states that my order has been delivered - they did reply to an email I sent them about this stating that the dress was not ready when they sent the swatch and that the dress would follow soon. I have reapeatedly emailed them trying to find out when I can expect the dress but they have still not responded to my messages and I am seriously considering taking action against the company via Paypal to get a full refund.

"I ordered my invitations on the 27th of Feb and received my proofs within 2 days. However, there was a problem with RSVP wording and I replied to the email and asked for the wording to change. If you are a person who likes to get in contact with the company you're dealing with. This is not the company for you! All I want is an updated status of my order and I tried emailing, I tried calling, leaving messages, I even tried staying up at weird hours of the night trying to get into contact with someone. I have yet to get a response and after reading some of the reviews, I am awefully concerned. I'll keep you all posted on the results of my issue.
So, vponsale have redeemed themselves tremendously. For the past week they have been in constant contact with me. They apologized for the delay and also gave me a partial discount (and I didn't request one). And even though the delivery of my invitations were delayed, when they were shipped out they came a few days earlier than the provided delivery date."

This dress was stitched perfectly to the measurements. It fitted my bridesmaids like a glove and made them even more beautiful on the day of the wedding.

Three of the dresses were ordered from the style above and unfortunately these dresses were a horrendous fit. The dresses didn't look at all like the picture and were loose from areas that needed to be fitted. I had to hire a seamstress to get them salvaged so that the bridesmaids could wear them on the wedding day.
My overall experience is 50/50 with vponsale. Also they promised free jewelery and what was shipped was not what we had selected. So quite disappointing that way."
