"Bought a case from them. The top and bottom split in half. Emailed their support, and they didn't even try to help. Just denied the claim since it was past 30 days, and blew me off. I thought buying an expensive case from a legit retailer would lead to better support. But I have received better support even when buying cheapo cases on amazon than the support I received from skinit. Not worth buying from skinit.....I recommend avoiding skin-it."
"Try to find their hidden disclaimers and read them first (i personally didnt see anything during the ordering process. They just nod and take your money). Nothing worse than placing an order to have it canceled days later, after they charge your credit card. Bait and switch. Artistic or not, if your custom (non-pornographic, non-copyrighted) artwork contains any form of ****, even in good taste, or something else they dont like... you will not be allowed to proceed. If you wish to spend 40+ dollars on a smiley face, i suggest u buy a cheap case and a sticker.. then Affix the sticker to the case. I will find something better. Don't waste your time."

"I ordered a skinit skin for my tile. None of the stickers were big enough, leaving a white edge all around the sticker. The long pieces for the edges weren't long enough, leaving a white gap at the bottom of my device. It's really a terrible product. Don't believe the pictures on their website that have perfectly fitting skins; they must have been photoshopped. There are other, much better, products."
"I have been trying for days to place an order for 8 skinit products. There is obviously something wrong with their website. It keeps giving me an error when I attempt to submit the order. I tried different types of payments to no avail. I called and spoke with a very cordial young woman but she could not solve the issue. I wrote to the company.. no response. It wasn't until I found this site that I realized I am not the only one that thinks the company's customer service is lacking. They obviously are not interested in sales. "I created a custom Spider-man skin with some wallpaper images I found on the internet. The print quality is excellent, the skin toughness is much better than I thought it would be (quite thick/strong!), and it fit perfectly on my Nokia 635, allowing full function of the speaker, mic, camera, etc. Fantastic work! I would definitely order from them again and I've been showing off my custom skin to all of my friends!"
"I ordered an iphone 5S custom case on their website. It was really easy to create what i wanted. When I ordered, the confirmation said it was an iphone 6 case (different size). I called customer service and they said they cancelled it and I redid it. (thinking i may have selected the wrong size by accident). I did the process again and same result. Something is wrong with their website! When i called again, they blamed it on me and said I did it wrong and just sent out the wrong size (3 weeks later). How can a company get away with this?"
"I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews? I ordered my son a laptop skin and I got two free xbox controller skins with my order. They all came perfectly! The order took a little longer than expected (but that was because of the holiday) but I let them know I really needed it before Christmas, and they expedited it for me! To anyone complaining about quality of the picture.. perhaps you aren't giving them a large enough picture to blow up? You need very large high quality pictures to begin with! Mine are PERFECT. "Worst Customer Service I have ever received. I ordered a skinit for my son for Christmas was told it would be delivered on Thursday December 11 nope it was not. I called and they told me it was my fault for the shipping I choose and it could take up to another 15 days for it to be delivered. Do not order from this company. "
