"I bought a custom case for my Note 9 6-7 months ago. It wasn't cheap, but it was what I wanted so I splurged. I loved it, couldn't have been happier, until a couple days ago when the end broke off in my hand while I was holding it. Breaking apart after 6 months? So I wrote Skinit and told them what happened. Their response was, it's unfortunate BUT we only stand by our products for 30 days, but by all means buy a new one, here's our current promotional discount. Why on earth would I spend that kind of money on a product the company doesn't stand behind? If your cases only last 6 months, and you only stand behind them for 1 month, nobody should be buying them. "

It was exactly how I designed it and the pro case seems to be great quality so far. It does pick up fingerprints, but it's not a major issue. Would recommend!!"

"I purchased my second Skinit case on April 4th. I noticed a crack in the case so I contacted skinit. I have been told that there is a 30 day return policy and there is nothing they can do. We have had life proof cases and had issues with them. I call customer service and they took care of any issues I have had. "
"I am pleased with the case. I did follow instructions on how to test the case and it was very pleasing to know that my tissue was still dry after being under water in the case longer then an hour. But the real test will be when I actually take it out and use it for a cruise I plan on taking this summer. Don't bother with Casetify.
I've purchased more than one case from them, so I know it's not a one-off issue.
Each of my cases from them have cracked within the first 2 months of use, and broken within 4 months.
I've never dropped my phone at all, but the bottom section where the headphone and charging ports are is flimsy as hell, and the bottom two sides have cracked and broken the same way on each of the cases.
I use my phone less than the average person, so the extent of wear & tear use is just moving it in and out of my pocket. If a case can't withstand that much, it's worthless as a case.
The prints are nice enough, and the custom designs are really solid, but a case needs to be sturdy first and foremost.

"After going online and ordering off skin it . I was under the impression I was getting some sort of case. I mean why would I be paying $40 for something less...well that wasn't the case. What I received was a crumpled up box with a bent up ,poorly printed sticker that arrived 2 months after the order was placed....the fact of the product not being a case I can say could be my misunderstanding . I was just shook that this is what I just paid $40 for. So I contacted skin it to get a refund and to send the product back. The return policy was 30days . I never got any sort of response from there customer service team . At this point I was frustrated I couldn't get my money back. So I decided id just go ahead and use this stupid sticker. Since I had recently cracked my phone.... IT DOESNT FIT! THE HOLES ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE FOR MY CAMERA . THEY DIDN'T CUT OUT SPOTS FOR THE SPEAKERS OR BUTTONS .

"Despite the multiple negative reviews, and not sure what to expect, I'm happy with what I received. I ordered a couple of Disney prints, since cases for my Pixel are just releasing and are minimal since the phone is new. I DIDN'T want a clear case with a sticker that I had to put on myself. Although, ultimately, that is what this is - a sticker on a plain case, I was assured that the product I received would be ready for use, and that it was! I'm not sure of the quality of the sticker and how long it will last, but so far, I really like the cases! There are no alignment issues. If I could, I would post a picture."
"This isn't even a skin- it's a sticker. The pic was distorted so bad that it looked awful and the "custom" skin did NOT fit my laptop. They also cut out the HP logo right in the middle of my pic- which did not line up. They do not refund shipping- AND make you pay shipping to return it. What a waste of money! I was SO excited to get this in the mail- and then utterly disappointed. The sticker also comes with NO instructions or guide lines to help you apply it. Took a week to ship. "

"I was very skeptical with Skinit based on negative reviews found here, but like others mentioned, reviews on Youtube showed the complete opposite with great reviews.
I ordered a custom LG G7 phone case with my favorite NHL player. I found a picture I liked through Google images, which I provided to Skinit. I was able to edit, add text, change colors, rotate the image, etc. The step to ordering my custom phone case was easy. I did notice when uploading different pictures the previous photo stayed behind so to get rid of the previous image I refreshed the page to start all over. And, I'm thankful I did that. Someone here mentioned their previous image stayed when they switched to a new picture. Maybe Skinit could place a disclaimer about this so future customers are aware of this happening.
Overall, I'm happy with my experience. I ordered on 10/3/18 and I received my custom case today. I'm very happy with my purchase. Whomever made my case did an awesome job Thank You!!!

"I had designed a custom skin for my laptop. Before I complete the order online I checked the reviews on this website and they were horrible. After I checked a couple of youtube videos about the finished products, I started to suspect that the bad reviews could either a little bit overstated or the company should have improved itself after bad reviews. I completed the order. The website immediately sent an email with a confirmation number. Everything went smoothly and I got my custom designed skin printed on 3M sticker paper and the quality was great. No delays, no drama, no cheap sticker paper what so ever. "
