I luckily only lost about $150 in my dealings with Shoespie.com. But others weren't as lucky. The shoes I bought from them, of course, looked gorgeous in the photos. But when I received them, they were too large and constructed of the most horrible smelling plastic - extremely low quality. No one in good conscience would sell these shoes, but Shoespie.com does!
Their return policies are nonexistent. It takes forever to get your shoes even if you pay extra for fast shipping! POS!
Shoespie.com will steal your money AND your time! Do not buy from them. And spread the word"

"UPDATE: After posting this review, Shoespie.com contacted me and offered me a full refund. In exchange, they asked that I remove the reviews I'd posted to several different review websites. Where the reviews could not be removed, they asked that I update the review to indicate that I was given a full refund. I have today received the refund.

Their return policies are essentially just smoke and mirrors. I don't think they ever intended to refund my money. They had me fork out my own cash to send the shoes back to a warehouse in the middle of nowhere in China, and had me value the package at half of what it was worth, so it wouldn't get "caught in Chinese customs". Then, after four months they claimed never to have received my return and essentially never gave me any of my money back.
It would have been less painful to have simply been mugged in the street. At least then, I wouldn't have lost all those hours over all those months arguing pointlessly with their useless customer service reps.
Shoespie.com will steal your money AND your time! Do not buy from them. And spread the word."

My wife wanted some new shoes and decided to take a chance online give that they state full refund on their website We ordered three pairs of shoes, size 8. Two of the pairs were too small and one too big. She accepted this and tried to contact them to get a refund. For months we tried to email them , ring them and they ignored us. They basically would not refund the purchase. I logged a case against PayPal and they offered 20 dollar refund, they said that it would cost them too much money to refund the shoes.
I sent 30 emails, in the end we took the 20 dollar refund to move on. Save yourself the money DO NOT by buy off this company they are scum

"Very bad quality of the shoes, delay of reception, and no seriousness in the after-sales service.
In summary, order placed on a site in the US and received after 5 weeks from China. A really poor quality compared to the price (50 € after sales) poorly bonded fabric on the soles and heels and without any finish, plus the size (2 sizes more) did not match the one ordered and the one on the box . After contact with the seller back shoes at my expense in Poland (thanks Paypal for refund). I only had a refund proposal after receipt and fills it without taking charge of the initial shipping costs (15 € for China is exorbitant), after refusal on my part and long discussions by e-mail, opening a dispute over Paypal which ruled in my favor. Conclusion I was fully refunded 3 months after receipt and many setbacks by this company is not advisable."
