It took a little longer than I might have expected to examine and assess the computer once they had it, and you had to supply your own box unless you requested one. But those things are easily forgiven for the additional compensation!"

"I had recently bought a new Macbook Pro and when I was ready to sell my old Macbook Pro, I checked a bunch of different online companies for quotes and SYM provided me the best offer! Once I accepted the offer SYM provided a shipping label, I packed it up and sent it. I was a little worried about sending my old laptop to a company I had never used before...but SYM kept in contact with me throughout the entire process by providing updates via email.
