So here is the thing, I was told there was an issue getting into the firmware because of a password. I am somewhat new to Mac's but did some research and provided what I could to resolve the issue. Ultimately everything was fine and the quote was accepted and quickly paid. The best part was SellYourMac was in constant communication with me. I never had to go hunting for a status. They were always proactive about telling me where things stood. It was always only about selling an older Macbook, no big deal, but it was approached like it was a big deal and I appreciated that very much. "
