Did not work and they will not give me a refund

"I bought cartridges that were supposed to work with my printer. They fit in the slot no problem but the ink did not work. Nothing would print on the papers. I tried emailing to return the unused filters and have not even gotten a response from them. I would not recommend Refill Bay. "

Horrible customer service

"Horrible customer service. I placed my order last Fri. the 21st. I Spoke with a customer svc rep on Mon. the 24th and was informed that my order had gone out and should be received within 2-5 business days.
Today is Fri. the 28th (8 days after my order) and I was just informed by a rep, that my order was on backorder and wasn't shipped until Thurs. morning...YESTERDAY!!!
I was told that I SHOULD be receiving my order by Wed or Thurs. (Two weeks after my initial order)

This is my first order with your company and I stumbled on it by accident while I was doing an Amazon search for ink refill kits. I thought the price looked attractive and figured I'd give your company a try. (mistake) I am going to have to place an order with Amazon today, just to make sure that I have enough ink on Mon. to get me through a couple of weeks, in case your reps are lying to me again, about it going out yesterday.

Your customer svs reps could care less and thought that the best solution would be to tell me to just send it back, once it came to my house. I have a better solution... communicate with your customers and be honest with them about items being on backorder. Also, update your website to real time, so when an item is on backorder, it says Item On Backorder. This way a customer can decide if they are willing to wait and save a little money or go somewhere else that has it in stock.

Hey, I understand that I'm not ordering life saving medical equipment, that is going to save someone's life but I am running a business. I need to depend on suppliers that are dependable and right now, that supplier is not you. I wish you the best of luck.

Very helphul customer service

"Honestly I'm reading other customers complaining about Refill Bay customer service and I want to ask them - Are you sure you're writing review about Refill Bay? I'm using Refill Bay for 4 years now as my primary cartridge source and I definitely can confirm Refill Bay customer service is very helpful.

Out of dozen cartridges I ordered from Refill Bay for all these years, I had couple defective. Defects do happens specifically with low cost made in China cartridges. Problem is how company is handling defects.

I called Refill Bay to report defects and immediately they shipped new replacement not even asking to return defective cartridge.

People also complaining that Refill Bay is tricking customers to open cartridge then decline return. That is pretty false statement. Once I ordered wrong cartridge, but realized it's wrong one after I opened it. I was worry that I will not refund or exchnage for correct one. So I checked return policy - https://refillbay.com/return-policy.php. It's clearly says "We offer 100% refund for defective product. Any cartridge returned must be at least 75% full and un-tampered with in order to qualify for return." I called Refill Bay, requested return and they process a refund once they received it back.

DO NOT BUY HERE-Terrible Service

"DO NOT use this company!!! I ordered 3 replacement ink cartridges and received the wrong cartridges. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get some sort of answer on how they will make this right and the company has still not provided any solution. Save yourself the hassle!!!"

Tricks you into opening toner so it can't be returned!

"I bought 4 toner cases. The first didn't fit in the printer, so I called them. They said to open the second and see if it worked. It did, but printed WAY too light even though I changed settings in printer. I told them it was too light. They said to open the third and try it. It also printed too light. I told them I wanted to return all of them. They responded "Did you open them?" I said that they TOLD me to open them so of course they were opened. Nothing. I emailed a complaint to the main number and never got a reply. I will never use them again!"

Ink worked one time.

"I bought HP701 cartridge ink for my fax machine. I worked one time. I told Refill Bay and they told me to put a wet paper towel on it. All there solutions did not work and they did not offer to refund or replace. Very unhappy."
