no toner received. refill bay refused to refund money!!!

"i had purchased toner from refill bay in the past. i placed another order for four toner cartridges. i never received the package. i called refill bay several times. they admitted the package had been returned not delivered, but they refused to refund my money. they wanted me to pay to for their shipping mistake, and
the toner i never received!!! they chose the delivery service. they made the mistake, and refused to honestly
take care of the problem. they are thieves plain and simple! i have reported to the better business bureau, and the federal trade commision!!1

Horrible customer service

"I went through their website to order ink cartridge refills for my Canon printer. I received the wrong size (which their website suggested) and when I called to get an exchange, they told me they did not carry my size. I am not sure why they would send me another size instead, so I asked for a refund. They said they would be happy to give me a refund after charging me a 15% restocking fee! Your website suggested the wrong cartridges for my printer... otherwise I would have had no clue what to order, so why am I getting charged for your mistake?!? The phone representative kept insinuating that it was my mistake, and it happens... I did not make a mistake. The money is not the problem here because it's not even that much, but it is the principle. You guys designed a website that sent me the wrong products and you are benefitting yourselves by stealing my money. Horrible way to do business!"

Worst Customer Service Ever

"I would rate you a ZERO as far as customer service. This is not good service BECAUSE YOU send the wrong items even thou I verified it with you and Account Services. I don't know if this is a common practice -- sending the wrong order and then cost more than the items are worth just to return it. You are trapping people into buying a product they did not want. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYMORE ITEMS FROM YOU - IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

Sam said he would take care of the cost to return this but he DID NOT. Bad Business

Funny fake reviews

"I just have to leave this one for my favorite cartridge company. I'm using Refill Bay for several years now. Yes we have hiccups sometime, when USPS is lost my package and one of the ink cartridge leaked during shipping. Well if you send some cartridge via air, it might leak due to air pressure. What I love is how Refill Bay handle when problem appear. They are always professionally resolve any problem with the order and at the end - I'm keep ordering from Refill Bay. They have fewest problems and cartridge quality is great.

What I do see is exactly same negative reviews posted on all free to post rating companies. And looks like competitors are posting exactly same review whatever websites allow. Just copy and paste once sentence from any negative review and you'll see few. Unhappy customers will not do that, but competitors do that all the time.

Never Again!

"My printer does not recognize the cartridge they sent me. When I informed them of this, they sent me instructions about what to do about it from a google search instead of dealing with their defective cartridge. I don't plan to do business with crooks like these again. "

Very very poor printing quality

"I loaded up on refill bay recycled HP cartridges recently (both black and color). Neither version works -- I've followed directions for cleaning the print heads, etc. to no avail. I have asked whether they are returnable and not gotten a response from the company. "

Horrible experience

"While the ordering process was easy and the price great - I ordered Kodak print cartridges and received HP. I called and was told to send pictures, which I did and then the lies started. Was told I would get an email follow up with a return authorization and shipping label. Was told the correct cartridges would be shipped. Needless to say on my 3rd call to support I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold a number of times and ended up with the same support person telling me he was Patrick, a supervisor. Again promised everything would be taken care of. Again, no follow up. I have subsequently sent an email detailing the history of my interactions and and the obvious lies I was told. I have still gotten no response. In looking at other reviews, I don't understand how the treatment of customers could be so radically different. I have never been treated so poorly by any retailer."
