"I ordered two pc's from recoupit.com. The specs for each pc are 3.0ghz pentium 4, 1gig ddr, dual layer dvd burner. I paid $160 for each and free shipping. I was skeptical at first due to their reseller rating but I figured I would give them a chance. The first pc worked flawlessly but the second one wouldn't post due to corrupt memory. I sent an email to recoupit customer support and they replied immediately. They gave me two choices. I could either RMA the pc no questions asked or they could send me another stick of memory. I choose to have them send me another stick of memory. It was shipped from the east coast to the west coast in 3 days time. It worked flawlessly also. The customer service they gave me was top notch and very quick to reply to my emails. I would very easily buy from them again. Its a great store to buy used equipment from. And as I said before their customer service is great from what I have experienced. I wish dell and other pc companies had great customer service like that. Thanx"
"SCAM!!!!!!! Do not buy from this store!!!!! They say new but its not true. Computer didnt even come with cords!! Clicked on the "customer service" link and got an error. Still havent heard back from my emailS! I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!"
"Horrible experience. Paid with Paypay- they stated that it took them a week to clear the "instant" payment through paypal. The handoff between paypal and their server didnt work correctly and reported it was going to be sent to the wrong address. Charged me a $39 fee for shipping. There was a UPS delivery problem which added huge delay. Ups refunded the shipping charges (which RECOUPIT decided to keep) 15 emails later and unhappy I am convinced I will never do business with that company again.
Less than a week after opening this machine the hard drive failed. A phone call to ReCoupIt told me that I need to talk to the manufacturer for all warranty information."
