Stay away from them

"Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars. Be careful, even if you pay less money for the coupon, they will charge you such amount of money for shipping, that you will end up paying more, than creating your project in the local Walmart. Also you will have less options, and your project will be delivered in a month, instead in picked up in couple in that same Walmart, Walgreens, etc. Just stay away from them. It is not worth it."

poor product quality, false and misleading return conditions and an ad hoc refund policy.

"I originally purchased a Groupon for $27 for three metal photo plates but due to its expiration Printerpix charged $204.96 dollars for the product. The samples on the site did not match what was received. The metal plates were thin, flimsy and the pictures were poor quality (one picture wasn't clear and the other two did not fill the plate as was advertised. Note that the actual pictures submitted for printing were professionally done). The product received was not worth the price.I sent an email requesting a refund and received a call to contact customer service at a number provided. I spoke with Adam, the customer service representative; he stated that the terms and conditions states the time limit for refunds was 30 days and my request was beyond the return time allotted. However, the 'return, refunds and exchanged conditions' states, "For personalized merchandise which is at fault or differs from that ordered please return them to the Company within 7 days". 'Please' is polite consideration, not a stipulation. As such there is no concretized return policy. I called customer service again and spoke with Adam, he stated that the company's policy is flexible and 30 days is a customer courtesy. Again, I stated that the terms in writing does not indicate a concrete time window. He replied that his manager already stated he will not honor the refund. I asked to speak with his manager and he transferred the call to his supervisor Mike. I restated the terms and complained that the terms are misleading. He said he will speak to the 'higher team' to change the verbiage but will not grant a refund. I reiterated that this is false advertising and you're duping consumers to pay for overpriced poor quality products under false terms and conditions. By their own admission, the terms are misleading and yet were adamant to keep payment for a shoddy product. They changed their policy the same day of my complaint; however I have the original. I filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. BBB has multiple complaints already on file."

Wish I could give zero stars!

"They do not ship items you pay for. They lie to their customers and make up stories as to why they never produce or ship items. They give scripted, generic responses and never rectify the issue. I have not received the order still and it's been a month tomorrow. They say it takes 10 days to receive orders typically. Untrue. Read their reviews before ordering!! I wish I had! I have complained to Groupon and filed a complaint with the BBB. I am not alone in this experience."

Order Not Complete after 51 days

"I ordered a product from Printerpix. After 51 days, my order was never completed, nor shipped. I finally cancelled my order after being lied to and misled by this company multiple times. I urge people to stay away from Printerpix. "

Worst company ever ...

"This company is the worst company ever to work with. They will not admit they messed up an order and the communication, via email or phone is absolutely horrid.
I would recommend that you not order anything from them.
They are never wrong and they won't email you back regarding any questions.
They just do crappy work and can't get there act together to serve the customer.
They are never wrong and hang up on you when you call them and they can't answer your question.
Don't waste your time creating a book, calendar, cards, canvas Don't do it.

I HATE PRINTERPIX

"I ordered 10 calendars, they charged me for 10 calendars and then mailed me one. I am pretty easy going so I figured I would give them a call - there customer service number is out of order. Seemed like BS so I sent an email and it bounced back because their inbox is full. They stole my money and disappeared! Go to Collage.com it may be a few extra bucks but not having your gift and dealing with these jerks is not worth the pennies saved. I reported them to the BBB and will contacting my bank to fight the charge."

Poor quality

"Got a Groupon offer that seemed great. Was very excited about creating a 50 page album. Took the time to select pictures carefully to then realize the application is a joke! Seems easy to use, but it’s actually not that user friendly, you have to figure stuff on your own. Then after working on it for days and days it wouldn’t let me back into my project! I was mindful of the due dates they gave as to it disappearing if not worked on, but they disabled it long before! Tried to contact support and got some canned responses that didn’t help, tried chat and got no answer. Tried to get a refund but there’s no easy option WASTED MY TIME!!!"

Next Day Delivery...NOT!

"I wouldn't have paid $43 extra if I'd know it wouldn't have been here next day! I needed this by Thursday at 10 am. I had to go get a new gift! When I called about the order I was told that it can take up to 5 days to make the product and THEN it would be overnighted. I asked for proof of this to be emailed to me. It was never emailed because it's not written anywhere! I went back online to test ordering it again and it is NOT written anywhere. The only reason I ordered from this site was for next day delivery! It's still not here and now it's not needed! "

Pretty good

"It took about 3 weeks to get my order and the prints turned out nicely. I never received shipping info with tracking, but it got here safely :) I would recommend them to a friend for sure, but not if they're in a hurry for the items."

If I could, I would give them a minus score

"I ordered the picture with my billing address. I put down my friend address for the shipping address. They sent it to me. I sent two emails and finally got on the phone with somebody. She told me to call FedEx. I told her it was not FedEx is problem because FedEx delivered it where they requested. Again I asked her to ship the picture to Nadine. Again she told me to call FedEx. As I was ordering I had to get in contact with Nadine to Kidder and dressed so I know for sure I put her address on for the shipping address. The girl from printerpix was totally unhelpful and not a very nice person to deal with. I see why they have a f rating with the Better Business Bureau. Had I seen that before I ordered I never would have purchased that Groupon."

Horrible Product and Service

"Ordered a personalized calendar via a Groupon. Product was extremely poor quality.

It arrived damaged. Printerpix would not respond to email or live chat regarding replacement. Waited on hold for 45 minutes on Order line (customer service line always had and "error" and asked you to call back) and no one ever picked up.

Awful customer service-business is a joke!

"I bought a Groupon for a metal print, that normally costs $140-I should've know right then they were a joke. The Groupon brought it down to $20. Printerpix is constantly running sales where it is worth $20 as well, so it's basically worth $20 at that most, let's be honest...My Groupon expired so therefore it was no longer a deal, but was worth what I paid, so $20 on merchandise. This company refused to let me use my Groupon with any sale price they had...even though it would not be combining two offers because the Groupon is of FACE VALUE! So they basically want to make me pay full price...even though they're selling them for $20. Complete BS...I filed a complaint with their company and have yet to receive any assistance with this issue. It has been 3 weeks. I also called, and was hung up on twice without resolve. I informed Groupon of my issues and they are attempting a resolution. They usually take care of these issues pretty quickly, and they've also been working on it for 3 weeks, which means they're likely having issues with this BS company's customer service as well. They also tell you you can click 'chat now' on their website to talk to a rep, while you're on hold for forever, however no button exists...Their BBB rating (F) supports my experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!"

"I ordered 4 canvas prints, 1 for myself and the other three as Christmas presents for my kids and granddaughter to be sent directly to them. I received mine within 10 days. The other three were never received. After numerous attempts to communicate with the company, I called my credit card company to cancel the charges.
Then on Dec 7th, 2014 I ordered calendars from the same company (also Christmas presents) and didn't receive them until February 20th.
This company does not know the meaning of customer service. The company finally contacted me and said the canvas prints were sent back as undeliverable as addressed. The addresses provided to them were correct, as I send packages to them myself all the time.
Now the company sends me e-mails all the time offering discounts up to 75% off their products. As if I would ever order anything from them again.
There are not enough negative words for this company. I never want to do business with them again!
