"I was excited to get a Mother’s Day gift from this company sent to my mom. After picking out what I wanted, I put in the address and made the payment. Shortly after that, I received a message the my order had been cancelled due to “invalid address” but everything on it was correct. I then checked my account and seen that the payment was pending. I figured after awhile it would go away, since the order was “cancelled”. A day afterwards I checked my account and seen my Payment was taken! I never received my order as it showed “cancelled” due to “invalid address” YET my payment was taken! I called and can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve sent emails with no response back. I wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before trying to order from the site. When am I getting my money back? They need better business practice because this is ridiculous."
"I purchase two personlized blankets from them. It said it would arrive before Christmas it never did. It arrived two weeks after. I paid roughly $16.95 for shipping it came USPS with a cheap label that it shouldn't have cost that much in shipping. When it arrived the letters were not center on the blankets they were crooked, the fabric was cheap, they were not the size I ordered, the stitching was horrible and the cut was badly crooked. I am so upset. I sent in 20 emails and only ever got back was an automated system reply. I did exactly what the site said for the return and nothing.

"I bought a groupon and when I went to use it it did not work. I called and wad told I was wrong and must have purchased the that one. When I provided proof of the one that purchased (the actual groupon certificate) they blamed groupon. I was at one point told to delete my project, redo it and go thru the process with the person on the phone. When we got to check out she instructed me to put in my credit card for payment I told her no because my groupon wasn't applied. She seemed frustrated with me! 2 weeks before I finally got someone who fixed it. I was assured that because of the trouble they would rush it, it may not be here by Christmas but within a couple days. I did not show up till mid Jan. When I asked where my blanket was I rained an email Song it would be deemed in November 2018. Clearly they were sending an old tracking number. I pointed that out and she said it was already delivered. I stood it wad not. The next email again said Nov. Then again insisting it was already delivered.
It finally did show up a couple days later. When it did show up the hem was uneven on bottom too. I asked for refund on my shipping and Nicole repeatedly told me no through emails, while saying sorry for the inconvenience. Free emails were incessant and I finally had to ask that she not contact me again. Which she did! Well not do business with them again."

They had a sale with Groupon so I ended up only spending $15 per photo canvas! Such a great price and wonderful quality! The photos I uploaded were just iPhone photos so I assumed the canvas may be a little pixelated because of how big of canvas we got, but the photos are so beautiful. I’m so happy I started crying!! Such a happy customer!"

"I was waiting on a picture, and saw they had vouchers for a special well before christmas. I spent $60 on the two coupons, for two 60x80 blankets and free shipping.
When I went to redeem them, they were not free shipping (extra $28/piece) and the second code did not work. These were not random coupon codes off of the internet, they were pre paid promotions.
I went to customer service with pictures, and they had an automated reply asking my issue. I responded with receipts, pictures, everything. No reply. They illegally charged me AFTER the fact. For two blankets I ended up double paying, and they put a hold on creating.
I purchased 12/17/2019, and just got a notification they were dispatched, without a tracking number. Post cancellation.
I have been incredibly forgiving, have paid over $200 for two items (more than original cost) and almost let it go as my aunts birthday is tomorrow and it would’ve still worked despite the outrageous cost.
However, turns out the tracking number does not exist, even guaranteeing Christmas delivery, 1/8 is too much to ask?!
NEVER buy their promotional coupons DONT trust the cost you see when you order and confirm, as there will be added cost AFTER the fact. I’m taking legal action but BEWARE"
"This blanket they call a throw is made for a baby crib. Also, not a blanket, its a very thin material that had spots. They did not bother to remove the colored thread that is left at the end of the finished roll of fabric. I bought 3 as gifts and was embarrassed to give them out. What a rip-off. I am truly disappointed."
