"I place an order last wednesday and I called tuesday Decemeber 10, 2013 just to get my tracking number and I was informed that my order was placed on hold due to the fact that my shipping address was different from my billing address. That would have been fine but no one called me or emailed me and i stresses that thsi to Jessica who promised to have my order priority shipped because. She spoke to her manager who insured my items will be shipped out before friday because I have an important event. I called yesterday and I was told my order would be here Saturday because shipping didnt send it out on time. I called 3 times to speak to manager but Jessica and Diana kept sending be back and forth to one another saying no manager will be there until after 4. Im very unhappy and I never will purchse from you all again. I will encourage my family and friends to not as well. I will report your business to the BBB. Tonight is my event, I still have nothing to wear and I will have to rush after work or during lunch to find somethig. This is the worst experience I ever had with any clothing company."

"I ordered $400 worth of merchandise during a free shopping promo they had and was issued a $400 credit, was never told of any expiration date, when I tried to use several months later I was informed my code was expired. I went back and forth with customer service, even forwarded the email containing the credit code which didn't state anywhere in it that there was an expiration just to get an email back saying "upper management" states the code is expired and I cannot use it, basically I'm SOL. Do not order from this company, customer service is horrible they took days to respond to my emails, and they obviously make up their own rules. I have spent thousands of dollars on that site and referred many of my friends just to get treated like my business meant nothing to them!!!"
