"I love shopping at Pink Basis, but my last order I was a little disappointed. I placed an order on 12/14/13 for Christmas gifts. Six days later, I receive an email from Pay Pal stating that I am getting a partial refund from Pink Basis. I don't know why, but I assume its because one of the items on my order is not available. I wish Pink Basis would of sent me the email directly, telling me which item was not available, and if I would like to put something else in its place. Now I have to go fight the the traffic to get another gift."
