"Ordered 1 piece of S/W and a floppy on May 23, 05. Received instant emailing showing order status, etc. Here's where the problem begins:

1. Web site shows UPS Ground Shipping. My email indicated FedEx Ground. The 2nd email I received shows a Fedex tracking number. Tracking the number indicates electronic packaging information received (this email was sent from Fedex). Nothing else shown.

2. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.
Yahoo (since this is a Yahoo store) will not intervene. Says to contact vendor directly (umm how? they won't answer anything!)

3. Credit card already charged. In my numerous emails I have asked for either a cancellation of my order or refund on my CC - no response.

4. I suppose the only resolution I have is to contact my CC company and have them fight it.

I read on some of the other reviews that customers had a positive experience with this company (can't imagine how?) - But the negative reviews far outweigh the positive ones. BUYER BEWARE - AVOID THIS RESELLER!

"They never sent the item. They said they shipped it then never returned my emails. I never got a tracking number. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company."

"I ordered a few small items from them and granted, I only spent 130.00, but to me that's
enough to get good customer service.
This company doesnt accept emails, primarily
because their email box is FULL. All emails
are being returned.
They also dont answer the phone. I've tried
several times at all hours of the day with
0 results.
I'm wondering if they're out of business at
this point. Disputing charges with my card
company.

"All I have is an order number, I never got an invoice number. I ordered this Mitsumi 54X32X52 CD-RW, on March 10, 2004, and it never arrived. My account was charged and to this moment (4Apr2004) I still don't know where it is and haven't been able to get in touch with the company. "

"Purchased headset as advertised on Pricewatch for $22. Link to site was broken so I ordered directly on their site. As per their instructions I added in the comments section at the bottom of my order that the link to their site did not work and I only wished to complete the order if the item was as advertised on Pricewatch...$22(SHIPPED). Before receiving the package I again emailed them to verify they had recieved my information in the comments section. Upon checking my credit card I found they had billed me for $39.19. I sent them another email to inquire as to why the higher price. They said the correction for the $22 price was made. However after recieving the product I found out they had billed me for an unwanted 3 day delivery for $17.19. I argued that I had made it clear at the time of ordering(in comments)that I only wished to purchase if the total price(shipped)was $22. They ignored that part of the order and charged me $17.19 for shipping. I'll never do business with these people again."

"I cant provide an invoice number because they never sent me my item. I placed an order the end of Oct. after emailing several times they emailed me back to tell me that my order was shipped. They never provided a tracking number, they original one they gave me didnt work. Tried to call several times but you cant get through to them, the operator comes over & gives a message. After about a dozen emails, I have not heard back from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"I placed an order for a DVD player that I had found using a search engine. After ordering the DVD player I realized that the DVD player the search engine had given me was not what I had specified. Immediately, I e-mailed pclink to cancel my order. Several days later I received an e-mail saying that it was too late to cancel my order because it had already been shipped. I honestly don't think they shipped my order in less than 5 minutes. I wouldn't be to surprised if they hadn't actually shipped the item, but knew that not very many people would go through the hassle of returning something that only costs $30. Either way I feel this company is out to steal your money any way they can and I am very dissatisfied with their service."

"I am completely dissatisfied with this vendor. This was my second purchase from PC Link. I purchased a bare CDRW drive and when it arrived I noticed that there was a 2 inch scratch on the face of the drive and stickers stating that it was a "renewed" drive. Their website stated nothing about it being a refurbished product. Their customer service is only available by phone 3 hours a day (9-12 PST), after only 30 tries, I finally spoke with an actual human who reluctantly issued a RMA number and advised me that they do not sell refurbished products and implied that I may be trying to return a drive "that was sitting at my house". Now I get to pay return shipping, which I should have applied to a better drive from pcsupplysource.com from the beginning. PC Link will never see another penny of my money.

Best price on Price Watch...Who cares when you get seconds? Buyer Beware!

"Placed order on Friday 8/15, Stated "please adjust website price to reflect price watch price, no substitutions, if your out of stock, e-mail or call me." (shouldn't it already be the same price, not $.99 more expensive?) I recieve an e-mail confirming my order. I wait 2 days with no shipping e-mail. I go to check the status of my order. "Your order has been cancelled" So I make a phone call using the number listed on thier site, answering machine picks up, CS hours are from 9-12 (3hours, WTH?)I call again the next day, have to leave message, no one ever calls back. I send 2 e-mails asking why my order was cancelled. Finnally 8/21 I recieve a response e-mail stating "(Second notice... Cancellation) Your order was cancelled because we are out of stock." Well gee thanks for telling me, I just love waiting a week to find these things out. (AND NO, THEY DIDN'T SEND A FIRST NOTICE!) Don't follow my order asking you to notify me, wait till I complain then trash my order. Are these the kind of people you want to give your hard earned money to? Read thier other reveiws, they aren't doing too well."

"Just placed an order with these guys for a couple of Samsung hard drives listed on pricewatch. We will see if the price is adjusted down to the listed $79. I also faxed my reseller info over to them and they should remove the sales tax as well.

The Samsung drives should come with a 3 year manufacture warranty so I'm not that concerned with their return policy.

I will update this review as the order develops.

I ended up placing another order for an additional 3 drives and both orders have arrived in good shape. I was billed the right amount and have no complaints.

"I purchased a dvd-rom drive from this company. They substituted a drive with lesser specs. than the one i ordered without contacting me first to see if i approved. when i tried to return it, thay said their terms and conditions allowed for this and were not going to let me return the drive. they only allowed for the return after i threatened to cancel the charge on my credit card. i was then able to return the drive and get credit for it. i was out the shipping costs to return it. "
