Customer service - Brenda - Extremely rude and arrogant. Should never be let near a phone! When asked to speak to manager, she said she was the manager...poor workers & owner!

I ordered a Dell Laptop charger. I found other cheap places to buy but decided to go with parts4nd because they had mentioned that their product was new. In about 4 months time, product stopped working. Was not able to return for replacement since was out of country. They have a 6 months replacement policy. They have no record of me calling before the 6 months period. I was half a month late and when called customer service (again), the representative - Brenda, was extremely rude. She shouldn't be allowed to answer phones if they want to improve their business.

I have emailed them far a replacement, still no reply!"
