"I ordered and item that did not represent what it should have and therefore I had an issue with the product. The best part is you find out about a company when things are an issue and resolution is key. They took care of everything and handled the situation when the product was not up to par from the manufacturer.
They immediately supplied an RMA and reissued the monies to my account. I would do more business with this company because of the way they handled things when I needed resolution for an issue. That is the mark of a great organization.
I would recommend due to the fact they handled things professionally and personably. The company works for me and I feel is a good representation of Good Business Ethics.
I would buy from them again for they are not responsible for the issue that a manufacturer they order from causes. I appreciate the way they handled things and applaud and recommend them to anyone.

You sent me the wrong Gold Bond Lotion, I ordered the unscented and you sent me the scented, I have bad allergies and can’t wear or use anything that is scented so I call and spoke with one of your agents on Tuesday and she said she would email a return label and today is Sunday and I still have not received a return label. I called your company twice on Friday but got a recording stating that no one could talk to me so emailed your company and I am waiting for a reply.
