"Ordered product and never received. Many email communications, always assuring me product was on the way, yet it never happened. The more times I inquired about where the product was, the more emphatic the email responses became that it was on the way and asking me to cooperate. Horrible company, completely incompetent. Ultimately, had to contact my credit card company to ensure no charges were made against the card for shipment of product that never was sent."
"Do not order from this company! I spoke with Rathan to verify quantity of a product. He confirmed quantity. I ordered immediately. Never received shipping notice as promised. A week goes by and I contact them about my order and they say that it has been cancelled and will not give me a reason why. So they have had my money for over a week and lied about the product! Worst company Ever! "

"I contacted Myotcstore and they gave me a Tracking # 9405515901416892549757 said that it was delivered @ my front door, I have a fence with a locked gate around my house so I know that is not true, I contacted Paypal and they are suppose to be checking into it. Myotcstore told me to check with the Post Office, I am goiing to do that, I don't think it was sent. Reading some of the reviews these people are not on the up and up.

"They sold me a product they do not even have, neglected to mention that at any point, charged me for it, and were just never planning to send it. The phone number on their website is fake. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal. When I went to PayPal's dispute resolution center, the seller had a long paragraph, which mentioned an order cancellation fee and provided a different phone number. That phone number is some guy's cell phone, which he answered while driving. Clearly, this "business" is just a guy who takes people's money and may or may not eventually send them what they purchased."
