"The piece I ordered was a molding trim that has a metal base, it was already bent and once it’s bent it can’t be bent back to new again . I guess they need to reinforce their packaging so it doesn’t bend on its way. So sad. The price was too good to be true for a reason at around $40. I emailed them so hoping to hear back from them"

"I ordered this part on Saturday. Today is Friday. I just got notice a few minutes ago they just processed the order. The tracking number says that the label for shipping was just printed but has not been taken to UPS facility for shipping. Why does it take a week to fill out a shipping label?? Why will it take at least two weeks to get my order? The prices were similar to amazon but were OEM. I expected it here this week. I will not order here again because I have no idea when I may get my order."
