"So I get an email today, because I am a "loyal customer", of course I never shop at work so by the time I get home 6 hours later and try to order I get an "out of stock" message. Are you kidding me? Is this all a ploy to get me to look at other products? And don't get me started on the chat function when I asked about it! Took a few times to get my account unlocked so I could make a purchase. Not sure if this was a bad day for their site or what. Usually no issues like this. Once those issues were resolved everything was normal and I was able to make my purchases without any issues!"

When I called Customer Service they immediatley issued a return label, with FREE SHIPPING and simultaneously took a new order for the right size and got it shipped out ASAP!
