However, when the other items went on sale, she didn't honor the $100 price difference and told me that there was nothing that she could do to resolve the issue because the item shipped out. I feel like this response is unacceptable, because I informed her that the price had changed before the item shipped out and nothing says that you can't get a price adjustment if the item ships."
