"I placed an order for tote bags with custom imprints. The order was accepted. I approved an art proof. A week later I was informed that they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order. They would not give me an alternate bag at the same price. I had to cancel the order and get the bags elsewhere, and now after losing a week I'm stuck paying for expedited shipping. I really expected that they would make good on this and give me a similar bag at the same price as my original order, but they did not. That's bad customer relations. Sales rep was nice, but they really should have been more accommodating on the pricing of an alternate item. "
